Current status
Where we are today.
Toto Melts has moved beyond concept stage. It began as a founder-led product rooted in Ethiopian teff and designed for early self-feeding. The core formula direction was developed with third-party food commercialization support, and university pilot work has been completed. We are now preparing for process transfer, commercial equipment confirmation, final testing, and first production with the right manufacturing partner.

I grew up in Ethiopia, where teff has nourished families for generations. Years later, my work in healthcare deepened my belief that the beginning of life deserves thoughtful food made with care.
I created Toto Melts to introduce this remarkable grain to little hands everywhere through a simple, modern snack rooted in Ethiopian heritage.
